How do I know I can trust your candidates?

We get ~3,000 applicants for you.

Our job is to whittle it down to the 3 - 5 best people for you to choose from. You see the top 0.1% of candidates.

If you don't like what you see, we keep vetting until you get the perfect match for your business.

But I need great English. How’s their language?

From 3,000 applicants our first filter is English. When we get that many candidates we get plenty of applicants with amazing English.

Everyone you speak to goes through an English vetting process. The english level we look for is Arnold Schwarzenneger level. Arnold has an accent and he's universally loved. His English is incredible.

That's the quality you get.

How long does it take to place my talent?

You get your talent in less than 3 weeks.

What about the time difference?

We hire in Latin America. LatAm has no time zone difference with the US and significant overlap with the EU.

What happens if after they’re hired they aren’t a good fit?

If you aren't comfortable with a hire it usually takes about 2 weeks to figure it out. 3 at most.

So we give you 8 weeks with the talent and if it's not a fit, we'll replace them no questions asked.

How does your pricing work? No hidden fees?
